What are the fees associated with my room rate?
Like many short term rentals, there is a check-in fee in addition to your room rate. This $79 fee helps to cover the cost of common use items such as internet access, phone services, pool facilities and maintenance, picnic areas and parking areas.
A portion of this fee also provides for a $50 cleaning deposit. The deposit is held to ensure against the cost of repair in relation to any damage to property and/or violations of Dry Dock property policies. This information is provided at check-in and much like a security deposit, the cleaning deposit will be happily refunded at the end of your stay if there are no occurrence requiring its use.
Can we bring the family pet?
We understand pets are part of the family, too! So, of course, we will take pets. Some limitations apply and there is a non-refundable $100.00 deposit required to bring a pet.
